This was the other job I took as a high school student. I worked a few hours an evening handling the dinner shift for a senior living center. I served residents their meals and drinks and cleaned up after them. I learned a lot about dealing with varying people and got to learn from the residents about the past. I also worked with a team of other dietary aids and the chefs, helping me with future team-work experiences.
